Internship Business Administration
In this course, students learn how to apply their knowledge about business administration in practice.
Students of the Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Business Administration at the Radboud University Nijmegen have the opportunity to do an internship at an organization. The goal of the internship is to give students practical experience and let them apply the knowledge they gained during their coursework.
A key learning objective of the internship is the systematic analysis of a problem, using scientific knowledge and techniques. In addition, the internship should contain the following elements:
- Application of Scientific Knowledge. The student identifies and diagnoses a problem, and designs possible solutions and/or interventions.
- Application of Methodological Skills. The student uses scientific techniques to gather relevant data and analyse a problem.
- Development of Social and Communicative Skills: The student learns how to act as a professional in an organization.
